The game cartridge misprints the title by loosing an S in "Massacre".
This is not the same Atari 2600 game as the one released by Wizard Video but an alternate game altogether, which never made it on to the market as any kind of official release (though there a prototype cartridge was made by Wizard Video Games at some point).
Troy Saling - the original game creator - managed to obtain the right to distribute this game version on his own in 2012 and did so in two versions. So there's this one but there's also a double-ender variation which features both the alternate game and the original one from Wizard Video Games. Both editions are limited to only 30 copies and hand numbered by Troy himself.
When accepting preorders, Troy gave each buyer the option to choose if they wanted a LED LIGHT mounted inside the cartridge, causing a small logo on the front of the box to be illuminated by a switch on the back (the one on display here comes with the led light).
