Packaging / Design

This set looks very nice but could've been sturdier and overall better made. The paper sleeve around the case is thin but glossy.

Turning the box upside down will cause the disc to fall out of it's sleeve inside the case and rattle around. with this in mind it becomes difficult to transport or take with you. However, the overall artwork and the booklet looks very nice. In short; it's a box set that suffers technical problems rather then appearance issues.

Disc contents / Extras

The only extras worth mentioning are the short video introductions accompanying each film. These serve as both an intro and a branch between the films, turning the "play all" feature into something of a documentary. But in the end, that's just another way of stating the obvious; there should have been so much more in here! Shame on you, Lynch!

Sidenotes

This limited deluxe box is a DavidLynch.com exclusive. The dvd included is however (nowadays) availble as a regular keepcase release as well.
