Packaging / Design

Another classic digipack from the good people at Spectrum dvd! And I realy must take the time to complement Spectrum for their use of the M-Lock hub to hold the discs in place. I mean I just love the M-Lock; Steelbooks may look cool but the locking machanisms for those cases are just awful, I mean you can actually brak a disc in to trying to take it out of the box just because the hub is so terribly hard to detatch. So please, everyone just follow Spectrum's choice here and go with M-locks on all dvd cases from now on! And just to show you how serious I am, I'm rating this case an 8 purely for the M-Lock! :D

Getting back to reality, this a goodlooking digipack with practical hubs. The slipcase looks good to and it's slightly embossed (or rather slightly glossy) on part of the cube emerging on the front cover. All in all, a nice little digipack for a nice little sci-fi.

Disc contents / Extras

This edition appears to be just as good as any other, and has the plus of including the short film Elevated (This is however not included within the menu-system. You have to manually select chapter TWO using you remote control, in order to view it).

The deleted scenes are of pretty poor quality but it's fun to have them included anyway so I won't bitch about it.

I once tried to get my hands on this but eventually gave up and went with the French 2-disc digipak instead.

Damn you and your fantastic collection! :D
Thanks to this site I've managed to discover numerous great dvd releases to my own collection.
